I grew up in Nashville, TN, and got my Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and Doctor of Physical Therapy degrees from Western Kentucky University in Bowling Green, KY. I moved up to Columbus, OH, in 2019 and have been working in orthopedic outpatient PT settings for the past 6 years.

I have 3 years of Pelvic Floor PT experience and became Level 1 Certified for Pelvic Floor PT from FYZICAL in June 2025. I am also Dry Needling Certified since 2019.

I specialize in pelvic floor PT but also treat all types of orthopedic conditions and patients with balance and vestibular dysfunction.

I like treating any type of pelvic floor dysfunction and low back pain.

One-on-one care is what I like when working here, always! And a fun and family-like environment.

When I’m not working, I spend time with my family (husband, daughter, and two dogs) and cooking/baking.
