What Is Balance Club?
Balance Club is a guided group training program led by the FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers physical therapists. The program targets the systems that control stability, including strength, coordination, reaction time, and body awareness.
Participants complete structured exercises that challenge balance in a safe and progressive manner. Each session builds on foundational skills while introducing controlled challenges that improve stability over time.
Balance Club meets every Tuesday and Thursday at 12:30 pm. Members can attend as many sessions each month as they choose!
