Julie is a very good physical therapist. She understood what I needed to learn. We worked to improve pelvic floor and core strength. She helped with my back pain and sciatica from my sit-down job. Definitely one of the best PT’s I have ever had. Julie was always friendly and smiling when I would come into the office. She had many good exercises that I will continue to practice. Caring Team That Truly Helps You Improve
I just had my last visit there and feel sooo much better than when I arrived. I was in such back and hip pain before! Their care and attention was so appreciated and the staff there are just super nice people. They listen to what you say and are very considerate of your needs. Like they never make you do something too uncomfortable yet still push you with just the right gradient to make progress. I’m really glad I was able to benefit from their experience and support. Dry Needling That Actually Helps
Have been getting dry needling with electric stimulation. It is one of the only treatments that I have received over the years that has actually helped with muscle tension and pain in my neck. Also love the staff at my location, with their dad joke of the day!

One of its standout features in my mind is the ease of scheduling—an aspect that many places overlook. The communication here is great, both during and after sessions. Exceptional Care After a Traumatic Ankle Injury
When I began my journey from non weight bearing to weight bearing after a high impact, traumatic ankle fracture, I wasn’t sure what to expect. I had never broken a bone before, let alone attended physical therapy. I was scared, uncertain, and still battling with the physical and emotional experience that comes with such an injury. From day one Dr. Carmen assessed the injury and laid out a high level plan of how things were going to go. She was realistic, encouraging, and optimistic in my recovery. She answered all of my questions and reassured me that I was in great hands with her and her team. Fast forward to my first follow up appointment with my surgeon since starting PT and he exclaimed how impressed he was with my recovery and that he was not expecting my strength and range of motion to have recovered this well already. I already was feeling great about PT, I had loved every session and felt myself progressing, but to hear it from the person who put me back together was very validating. I went back and told Carmen the news and she was so proud. If it wasn’t for how caring, knowledgeable, and overall amazing her and her entire staff are, I don’t think I would’ve recovered as well as I did. Today was my last appointment and I feel a bit silly saying I will miss PT and saying hello to all the friendly faces at fyzical. They really take good care of you and tailor your recovery to your injury and what you’re facing, not just some generic plan. When I was scheduling my first PT appt I had the choice between Fyzical and another clinic, and I am so glad I made the right decision. I am forever grateful for the Fyzical team and will never forget them every time I put one foot in front of the other. Thank you for everything!!!

Life-Changing Vestibular Therapy
I was referred to Fyzical by my ENT after a vestibular neuritis diagnosis. My first appointment was a day or so later. I’d had great difficulty getting an appointment at other facilities.The space is small, personal, clean and comfortable with enough equipment to fulfill patient needs. The team was welcoming and accommodating. Michael Conte was incredibly gifted in his entire approach to my treatment. At that first appointment, he calmed me by waiting patiently with the kindest smile as I madly filled out paperwork.
Over the course of treatment, I was impressed with his personalized and positive approach to MY program. He has a vast knowledge of the body and medicine.
I walked unsteadily into the facility that first day. I easily walked out an hour later with steadiness and confidence. Those exercises are like a miracle!
When we began I had a scheduled trip to Europe (my first time ever overseas) only a month away. Michael specified every challenge with a goal of safe, stress-free and enjoyable travel. It worked!
I loved how he encouraged me to (safely) face difficult maneuvers while explaining their purposes. Michael’s quiet and positive demeanor was present every minute of every session throughout the entire treatment. His specific suggestions for follow-up exercises and activities inspires me to age with as much strength and balance as my body will allow. My therapist is amazing, patient, answers all my questions and discusses progress as he sees it. Michael makes great suggestions on working on improving balance issues at home.

Life-Changing TMJ and Migraine Relief
I was skeptical at first as I hadn’t had success during a previous therapy experience (unrelated to my current issue). Michael was kind, patient, and very informative. He quickly soothed my anxiety. I was referred for TMJ and migraines. After a couple of visits, I was able to rotate my head, something I couldn’t do for almost 2 years. Tori is a gem!!! Carmen was incredible to work with! I got vestibular neuritis 5 days before a trip overseas. My ENT recommended going to Fyzical Therapy where I met with Carmen several days before the trip. She did a full assessment to understand the issues and provided me with exercises to do to work through and manage the vertigo caused by the vestibular neuritis while traveling. Within a few days of starting the trip and completing the exercises daily, I was able to fully enjoy the trip without the vertigo effects from the vestibular neuritis. Thank you Carmen!

Effective Care for Dizziness and Balance
Carmean and her student assistant Margot was treating me for dizziness and balance. Both did a very fine job, I was noticeing a difference almost rightaway. After about three weeks of therapy, I had to quit because of an unrelated medical condition that required hospitalization for a week, with six weeks of rehab. Good work Fyzical, and thank you Carmean and Margot.
