I grew up in Nashville, TN, and got my Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and Doctor of Physical Therapy degrees from Western Kentucky University in Bowling Green, KY. I moved up to Columbus, OH, in 2019 and have been working in orthopedic outpatient PT settings for the past 6 years.
I have 3 years of Pelvic Floor PT experience and became Level 1 Certified for Pelvic Floor PT from FYZICAL in June 2025. I am also Dry Needling Certified since 2019.
