Ian Kirk

Clinical Director

With over two decades of experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy and rehabilitation, I have been dedicated to helping patients restore function, reduce pain, and return to the activities they love since 2000. My clinical approach is rooted in individualized care, combining evidence-based techniques with a strong focus on patient engagement and long-term outcomes.

Before my career in physical therapy, I was a nationally competitive gymnast and earned a full athletic scholarship to Arizona State University. That experience shaped my understanding of movement, performance, and injury recovery, which continues to influence my practice today.

I enjoy working with a diverse patient population and a wide range of diagnoses, from acute injuries to chronic conditions. This variety keeps my work both challenging and rewarding, allowing me to continuously adapt and refine my approach to meet each patient’s unique needs.

I joined FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers because of its patient-first philosophy, where every individual receives focused, one-on-one attention. This model aligns with my belief that quality care starts with truly understanding each patient and dedicating the time needed to achieve meaningful results.

Outside of the clinic, I enjoy rock climbing and traveling, both of which reflect my passion for staying active and exploring new experiences.
